Pro-Seal’s Liquid Level Control Valves are the solution for an economical Zero Emissions oil and gas separators. By utilizing the existing float equipment and the option of Automated Control or Independent Control, capital expenses are kept to the very minimum. By replacing a pneumatic pilot/dump valve setup with an electric valve/pilot system, Methane emissions are eliminated. There are options for 12V battery/solar panel kits, if onsite power is not available. Pro-Seal’s Liquid Level Control Valves have the option for position feedback/alarms to SCADA systems if required.
Independent Control (Internal 1” Dump Valve Operation)
This valve assembly includes two cables, a power cable for 12V battery supply and a signal cable for the Float Sensor assembly. This sensor assembly utilizes the existing float housing with minimum modification. With the valve control being integrated into the actuator itself, it behaves as a Snap Action only.

Automated Control (External 1” Dump Valve Operation)
This valve assembly is paired to Pro-Seal’s CE-DV controller. The CE-DV offers 4 modes that streamline the operation to account for liquid produced, event frequency and power consumption. The 4 modes [Mild-Moderate-Aggressive-Snap] have parameters that can be adjusted by the operator for fine tuning. This assembly includes two cables, a power cable for 12V battery supply and a signal cable for the Float Sensor assembly. This sensor assembly utilizes the existing float housing with minimum modification. There is an option for controlling 2 valve assemblies, for 3-phase separator applications.
