Model 9CE and 18CE SoapStick Launcher

The Pro-Seal automatic Soap Stick Launchers increase gas well production by automatically dropping soap sticks (surfactants) into the wellbore. Without an automatic Launcher, soap sticks are manually dropped by a two-valve launcher requiring the operator to make multiple visits to the well which increases OPEX.

The CE controller can be programmed to include a longer pressure-build period prior to the launch of the soap stick for maximum liquid lift. Typically used with weaker locations. The Model 9CE SoapStick Launcher operates the ABV flow-control valve in conjunction with the stick drop. This allows for momentary flow closure for higher flow-rate locations.
